Returns or Replacements for Damaged Goods

  • Our customer service team will assess your request within 2 business days. Following the review, they will assist you in navigating the return or replacement procedure and furnish you with additional instructions.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
  • Refunds will exclusively be offered in cases of product defects, damage, or errors in the order fulfilment process.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the arrival of your returned item.

Missing Packages

If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, it might take some time to receive a response from our courier investigation team. The investigation timeframes set by the couriers are beyond our control, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return to Sender

In the event that your order is sent back to the sender, you will be responsible for the expenses associated with the re - delivery of the parcel to your address. Standard shipping charges will be applicable.
